Memberships: Our memberships are our most popular and best-value option, offering discounted rates while keeping you committed to a consistent routine for the best results.

Memberships are billed monthly with a minimum 1-month commitment and require 1 month’s notice to cancel.

Memberships, packages and sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Intro packs expire 1 month from the date of purchase.

5-class packages expire 2 months from the date of purchase.

10-class packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase.

All sessions must be used within their validity period and cannot be carried over or extended.

24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to bookings. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.

Bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our approved booking system.
